Our office is more than happy to provide Special Occasion Certificates to constituents that are celebrating milestone birthdays or anniversaries. In addition to an official certificate from me, additional certificates can be arranged for by the following:

The Queen (Birthdays: 100th+, Wedding Anniversaries: 60th+)
The Governor General (Birthdays: 90th+, Wedding Anniversaries: 50th+)
The Prime Minister (Birthdays: 75th+, Wedding Anniversaries: 25th+)
Michelle Simson, M.P. (Any Special Birthday, Anniversary or Community Event)

	The Queen Birthday: 100th+ (minimum) or Anniversary: 60th+ (minimum) 6 - 12 weeks notice required (A copy of the birth/marriage certificate is required)
	The Governor General Birthday: 90th+ (minimum) or Anniversary: 50th+ (minimum) 6 - 12 weeks notice is required
	The Prime Minister Birthday: 75+ or Anniversary: 25th, 30th 40th, 45th, & 50th+ 3 weeks notice is required
