Commissioner of Oaths My Executive Assistant is a Commissioner of Oaths in the Province of Ontario and my office provides services to constituents to administer certified copies, oaths, affirmations and solemn declarations like affidavits and statutory declarations dealing with matters related to the federal government. Please make sure to prepare your own declarations and our office will make copies where a certification is needed. If you require this service, please make an appointment by calling: 416.261.8613.
