Ray Chan has called Scarborough Southwest home for over 25 years. Prior to joining Michelle’s team and while completing his studies, Ray was employed as an Assistant to one of Toronto’s Deputy Mayors and City Councillors where he aided with both constituency and legislative matters. Ray is fluent in both English and Cantonese, holds a degree in Canadian Studies and Political Science from the University of Toronto and is currently pursuing graduate studies at Humber College.
